All items purchased from Republicofpaws.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

Applicable Law

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Republicofpaws.com or to products you purchase through Republicofpaws.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in El Paso County, Colorado, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Republicofpaws.com's intellectual property rights. Republicofpaws.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Colorado, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Images

We do our best to keep product images as accurate as possible. All product images on Republicofpaws.com come directly from the product manufacturer and occasionally the manufacturer’s images may differ slightly from the actual product. Also, we cannot guarantee your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Site Transactions

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

Cancellation or Order Changes

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders to you as quickly as possible and because of this we cannot change or cancel any order after the order has been submitted on this website. Please review your order before you submit it. Once an order has been submitted, the selected payment method will be immediately charged and the order will enter our fulfillment system.

Anytime that Republic of Paws chooses to make an exception to this posted zero cancellation policy, a $5.00 cancellation fee will be applied. Additional fees may apply and will be submitted to the customer for consideration prior to any action being taken. At the sole discretion of republicofpaws.com, changes may be made to an order as long as these changes do not result in a reduction in the order total. Please review our shipping and returns policy for additional information on returns and exchanges.

Order Confirmation/Receipt

You will receive an email order confirmation/receipt after you have placed your order if you provided us with a valid email address at the time of order. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us and one will be emailed to you. You may also at any time request that a printed copy of your receipt be mailed to you. Request to send printed copies of receipts outside of the Domestic United States may require a processing and shipping fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive and email containing confirmation that your order has been shipped and including a UPS tracking number that can be used to track your shipment(s).

Shipping Policy

All orders placed with Republicofpaws.com will be processed within 2 business days and will be shipped via UPS Ground. Republicofpaws.com reserves the right to ship via USPS at Republicofpaws.com’s sole discretion. Shipping costs are calculated into the order total. Shipping discounts and free shipping are offered at the sole discretion of Republicofpaws.com.

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes offered by Republicofpaws.com are subject to the terms laid out by Republicofpaws.com. Republicofpaws.com reserves the right to cancel or void coupon codes at our discretion. Republicofpaws.com also reserves the right to cancel or reject orders placed using coupon codes that directly violate the terms set out by that coupon code.

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day 7 days a week at www.republicofpaws.com and will be processed within 24 hours. If you have questions about your order, product information or any other inquires contact us during normal business hours.
